Private yoga with Casey is a deeply personal experience—shaped by where your body is today and designed to support how you want to feel, both during & after practice. Kind, attentive guidance makes the practice feel safe, accessible, and genuinely yours—so you can relax, reconnect, and feel at ease in your body wherever you are.

Casey guides with a well-rounded approach grounded in:

  • a bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science with Nutrition emphasis
  • hands-on teacher training at Yoga Zen (Caledonia, Michigan) certified by the internationally-recognized Yoga Alliance
  • over 10 years of personal yoga practice

Each session includes:

  • 10-minute check-in before practice begins to tailor the practice to where you are today
  • Yoga practice (length varies)
    • Centering phase to open the practice
    • Easing into the practice with a warmup phase
    • The heart of the practice
    • Cooling down from the peak work
    • Integrating the session work with a final resting phase
  • 10-minute space immediately post-practice for questions & reflection to get the most out of this practice

What is the best practice length for me?

30-minute - Specific Focus

Best suited for busy schedules or targeting a specific focus area like hips, core strength, mental clarity, or calming the nervous system.

60-minute - Full Practice

A balanced practice with time to explore a variety of poses & techniques.

90-minute - Immersive Experience

A deeper, more spacious experience to fully reset your body & mind.

Choose your practice style:

  • Essential (Hatha) — Foundational & beginner-friendly. A gentle entry point into movement & breath.
  • Vinyasa — Dynamic & energizing. A flowing practice that builds strength, heat, and presence.
  • Vin + Yin — Build power then work deep. Covers a broad spectrum of nervous system regulation for emotional balance & mental focus.

Private Yoga Session Reschedule / Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and we aim to keep our policies as fair and flexible as possible while honoring reserved time.

Rescheduling or cancellations for services must be made with the instructor via text message or email to farmstead@cloudscapehill.com; include your name and original session details.

Singular private yoga classes can be rescheduled once or canceled with at least 48-hour notice prior to session start for no charge or full refund, respectively; packages may have one grace cancellation for a single session per package for one equivalent session credit.

Second reschedule with at least 48-hour notice reduces the amount eligible for refund by 25%.

Late cancellation, i.e. less than 48-hour notice, will result in 50% refund with no option for session credit; late rescheduling will reduce the amount eligible for refund by 50%.

No-shows will forfeit any refund or session credit; exceptions will be at instructor's discretion.
