In this unique workshop, we’ll explore the holistic benefits of lavender, weaving together mindfulness, nutrition, gentle yoga, and the calming power of this remarkable herb. We’ll begin by diving into the nutritional aspects of lavender, discovering how to incorporate it into our diets for wellness. Following our exploration of lavender’s nutritional benefits, we’ll move into a beginner-friendly yoga session, incorporating lavender aromatherapy to deepen relaxation and enhance mindfulness. Finally we will create a craft to take home and use during our yoga practice. This workshop is designed to create a space for self-care, relaxation, and learning, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and connected to the natural world.”

After a mindful walk through the lavender fields, attendees will create a small craft piece with dried lavender and perhaps a drop or two of lavender essential oil; Discussion about the benefits of having a portable aromatherapy tool for use during yoga, meditation, or daily stress management; Instruction on how to use the bracelet/pouch during practice: gently inhaling the aroma during specific poses or relaxation.
